I hear John on the phone and it makes me wretch. The same voice I used to use in nowhere relationships. "Oh, sweetie, oh, I’m so
sensitive. I'll do whatever you
want. I sound like a pussy? No I don’t. I sound like a boy who loves his girl."
No you sound like you have lost any power you might have had. I’m
not saying be gruff and burly, but if you have to baby her, she’s not
worth it. On the other end, a woman afraid to upset her man is just as bad of a situation. Treading lightly will get you nowhere. And if it does, you should consider heading the other way.
